Welcome to Serenity Coast Sanya – Luxury coastal living
Project Overview
Goldier Decor was commissioned to supply bespoke Luxury Apartment Furniture for the premium ocean – view units at Serenitu Coast, Sanya. This rare, untouched peninsula is framed by Luhuitou Park, the Luhuitou Mountains, and the twin bays of Xiaodonghai and Luhuitou Bay. Boasting exceptional natural resources—featuring high-quality beaches, backed by lush mountains, and facing the open sea—the project demanded interior furnishings that harmonized with this unparalleled tropical landscape. Goldier Decor was commissioned to supply bespoke luxury apartment furniture and custom joinery for the premium ocean-view units.
Bespoke luxury apartment furniture with panoramic sea views
Supplying furniture for high-end coastal residences in Hainan presents unique engineering challenges. The high humidity, saline sea air, and intense UV exposure can quickly degrade standard residential furniture, causing wood to warp and hardware to rust.
Furthermore, the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows in these luxury apartments blur the line between indoor and outdoor living. The procurement team required furniture that not only offered a sleek, modern aesthetic but also boasted marine-grade durability. Every piece needed to be engineered to withstand the tropical climate while maintaining a flawless, high-end finish for decades.
Custom outdoor timber pavilion and lounge furniture designed for private terrace areas.
To meet the rigorous demands of this premium residential project, our engineering team provided a tailored joinery and FF&E package:
Bespoke commercial seating for private wine cellars
Having successfully delivered projects for global hospitality giants such as Marriott, Hyatt, and Shangri-La, we applied the same rigorous quality control and commercial-grade construction to this residential development. By leveraging our expertise in luxury apartment furniture manufacturing, we ensured that each piece not only met strict safety and environmental standards but was also built to withstand the test of coastal living.
Custom solid wood dining tables and commercial seating
Large-scale custom banquet furniture and event seating
